Brent was knowledgeable and upfront in regard to answering my questions and provided documentation on current sale prices in the area which assisted me to set a realistic sale price giving me the small profit I needed. It was always pleasant to meet with Brent. He was always quick to respond with whatever information I had asked for. Subsequent to the signing of the Contract, unlike other agent that we have dealt with, he followed up to make sure everything in regard to the property was to my satisfaction at hand-over. As a result of Brent's professional and personal approach to the sale, the relationship between buyer and vendor was excellent, co-operative, and friendly all the way. On the day of the sale when talking with the vendor he was happy with the sale and i was happy with the purchase. Great outcome all round.
