One of the first things that came to my attention about Brent was that he made himself available in general and in particular during a property purchase which took place over the Christmas New Year period. He was knowledgeable informed and relaxed in his approach. He was a good negotiator and seemed to be excellent at balancing his commitment to the vendor and to myself as the purchaser. I believe through his mediation we arrived at a mutually satisfactory and fair price. Largely through Brent's facilitation I was able to settle the purchase of the property within two weeks over the Christmas/New Year period. I would be endeavouring to put any business I could Brent's way.
