Agents provided excellent exposure by way of real estate.com and media notifications regarding open house times etc. We had spoken for at least 12 months prior to marketing agreement being signed and they gave us numerous ideas on how to present property to maximise chances of selling.
I have now used Brent Higgins twice, to sell one property in Kawana Is & the other in Maroochydore.
