After my husband and I decided to sell our family home I rang and spoke to Brent at Ray White Mooloolabah. He was very well informed as to the market prices around the area and suggested a marketing time frame for the Auction. From that point on we were informed weekly as to any interest in the property as well as recent sales around the area. Most of our conversations with Brent were out of office hours which we thought were reflective as to his professionalism and genuine care and concern in dealing with us. Nothing was too much trouble. Brent's PA emailed us feedback every Tuesday, during the 4 weeks of advertising the property, as to how the Open House went each week. On action day Brent's professionalism was obvious again, going to our home early to make sure everything was in order, as we were living out of town at that stage.
