Because of the number of people who were interested in the house, he was able to use that to get the best price for us and a very quick sale. What really stood out for me was always being told what was happening with the sale through a WhatsApp group. When we first signed up with him, we were given a list of important things ( I'm not meaning repairs etc.) that we had to do to get ready for the sale and also information about what is needed at the settlement, to make sure we had everything ready on time. We really appreciated the fact that we were given the commission statement as soon as the sale become final. In my experience most agents do not provide the commission statement until immediately before the settlement of the property. The problem with that is, you do not have time to read or consider it properly in the rush of the settlement, when the legals are preparing the settlement sheet. Well done Brent and his team.
