Brent and Tylah sold our property in Svensson Heights and achieved a sale price that was higher than we had realistically been hoping for. We engaged Realway after inviting offers from a few agents. It was difficult to choose between the agents, but we went with Brent primarily due to his communication style. He also provided us with the highest appraisal figure, which didn’t hurt. Although Brent was confident of his appraisal we were a little sceptical. The marketing campaign was very professional and thankfully very short. We received an offer after the first and only open house. The sale price was in line with Brent’s appraisal and higher than the appraisals we received from the other agents. Throughout the process we were very impressed with the responsiveness and completeness of the service that Brent and Tylah provided. No complaints at all from two very happy vendors.
