Brent and the Bundaberg Realway team provided good advice and intelligence of the local real estate market enabling a good 'offers above' price to be listed generating lots of interest and some good offers. House sold very quickly and settlement was able to be brought forward by mutual agreement. Would happily use Brent again to sell or buy.
