Brent made the sale of our house at Coral Cove so stress-free. The sale was completed wholly by email communication as we were overseas at the time we listed. He was efficient and professional in all his correspondence and went out of his way to make the process as smooth as it could be. He has a solid knowledge of the market and was able to apply this to achieve the best outcome possible for us. He and his team met all deadlines and always kept us in the loop, liaising between tenants, rental agents and the property's Body Corporate. He even organised lawn maintenance for us because the property was sold vacant and we were not able to maintain the lawn.
