I bought a house through Brent and found him to be extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble when purchasing the house so gave him the opportunity to sell the former property. Brent then showed his expertise in how to market the property, managed my expectations for the sale and kept me abreast of all open homes, internet views etc and kept me in the loop as the house went to market. Plan for selling was so successful,. That there were multiple offers and negotiated the best price for my property. There was then an issue with the property, however Brent's communication skills came into play keeping the interest party interested and also helped me to navigate rectifying the issue so that the contract went ahead still within the initial contract timeframe.
