Brent is very professional and really knows the industry so when I purchased my first rental he came over and gave me advice and shared his knowledge to enable me to get a very fair rental income. Same when I got the unit next door and when I was ready to start marketing them for sale he advised on how to get them out there. The first one was quick to sell but the second wasn't. I wasn't too worried and was happy for some time just to wait and see. When I was ready I approached Brent asked about lowering the asking price and we adjusted to ads to reflect the change. Still no real interest, so after another little while I asked what else I could do and made some changes to the wording of the listing which eventually got the sale. I have to point out that I was not overly worried about the time it took to sell as the market was not strong for much of that time. I was happy to wait for the right buyer and Brent helped and kept me apprised and advised me through the whole process. I have complete faith in Brent to do the best he can for all parties to reach a fair and equitable agreement. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
