We were first told about Brent by a former client of his and after working with Brent the information we received was spot on. This was a difficult sale at times for Brent due to the continued insistence from the buyer for early access to the property and refusing to communicate through their solicitor and ours causing him to be the meat in the sandwich. We appreciate the effort Brent went to to keep all parties satisfied and the sale on course to completion. He was positive at all times with us and knew what needed to be done to effect the sale.
