We were absentee vendors, so did most of the discussion with Brent, Anthony and Gary by phone, email or text. Brent and Anthony knee the local market extremely well and after discussion with Anthony, we decided to list the property at a price that was very close to our expectations(and the guidance by Brent and Anthony). Thanks to Anthony’s efforts we had our first inspection a few hours after finalising the paperwork. Another buyers came through the following day and we had a multi offer situation. Anthony managed this process extremely professionally, showing no favour to either party, and we signed a contract the following day. Gary attended the Building and Pest inspection with the buyer and was able to overcome any queries. Both Brent and Anthony we’re away on leave, so as a result of great cooperation within the sales team of the office, Gary looked after our interests professionally. Our experience with Brent and his team from Day 1 was a pleasure. Nothing was ever a problem for them. Communication was quick and effective. We were amazed that the sales staff worked as a team to achieve the best result possible. I have only admiration for this. We wish more RE Agencies would work this way!
