Brent was fantastic to deal with, even when we made his task a bit more difficult than usual. It was a long process, as we well expected, but at no stage did we feel out of the loop. Brent kept us updated about the entire process whether it was good or bad news. Furthermore once genuine interest was affirmed he was quick to contact and genuinely thrilled for us. Brent continued to contact us frequently throughout the final stages of the sale and was very prompt with all communication. We felt very informed and supported throughout the entire process, including answering all my questions. To top it all off his congratulations on the settlement date was warm and heartfelt. Brent is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. His professional conduct and manner mixed with a good dash of Australian authenticity/cheek was appreciated throughout the whole endeavor. * side note: all the dealings with the office staff were fantastic as well!
