As the executor of an estate, I found myself with a house for sale in a suburb on the other side of town from where I live. Brent (and Julie) impressed me with their professionalism and willingness to offer additional services, including "tweaking" the presentation of the home for the photo shoot and opens. As the campaign progressed I was given regular updates on the numbers who came to the opens as well as how many serious buyers there were. On the day of the auction the whole process was so smooth and well run that the price finally obtained was about 10% higher than I expected. Their knowledge of the market they operate in was spot on. I would definitely recommend them to another vendor.

Brent was very accommodating to all of my requests when purchasing and being my first purchase at auction I had a LOT of questions. Even after the purchase Brent went out of his way and spent 2 hours at the property with us (prior to settlement) to help us meet with our architect on site.
