I chose PRD Kingscliff given that as a resident of the past 16 years; their reputation within the area is second to none and they are known for being realistic and straight forward without the approach of just inflating what you want to hear! Brent JONES, is part of that and is regarded highly within the local community. I did explore alternatives BUT so many agencies operate to a formula with little ability to accommodate the individual, their needs and idiosyncrasies.
