After an initial inspection, never heard from this agent again. All contact was then with another agent, who was persistent in her contact when she needed information from us, but not so quick to reply when we required information. I was very upset to find that we had been signed up to a service to change utilities without our consent or knowledge. Was also unhappy to discover that an agent from this firm had a conversation with neighbours prior to contracts being signed regarding the transaction and the competency of our solicitor.

The team at Ray White were very helpful in helping myself and partner buy our first home! Great communication, always checking in on us and the process, was nice knowing we weren’t forgotten.
