From our first meeting Brent was providing great feedback on how best to present the property for sale. He didn't do a full on sale pitch, he just gave some insights into other properties that he was selling in the area and basically a general update on the market. He suggested attending open for inspections in the area and provided me with dates and times, which was very usefully in understanding what needed to be done and what price we could expect. Brent continued to follow us up while we were getting the property ready for sale and his persistence in getting our business got him the job, as I felt that he was going to work hard to get us a sale. We were extremely happy with the end result, $50k above the high point of our price range.
