I met Brent when I purchased a house 3 years ago. I was very impressed with how he treated me as my husband was overseas and i was going through this process on my own . He was very helpful and truthful with my many questions and also helped my husband to be able to visualize and understand the process we were going through. The whole time he supported the seller and never acted in anyway underhanded to get the sale. I have had this issue before and was so grateful to have found Brent who was selling the house I liked. He has wonderful communication skills and a very good understanding of what I was looking for. At a later date we decided to sell our other house and did not hesitate in asking Brent to be our agent. I believe had it not been for Brent we would not have gotten a much higher price than we had expected. His advice about selling our house and how and what would be involved was invaluable, I believe this was due to his experience and professional ability. At the time of selling and accepting an offer, we unfortunately discovered a boundary problem with our house and Brent not only helped us, he organised trades to come and fix any issues that may have caused a problem. He also made our buyer feel safe about still going ahead with the sale. To sum up I feel it is the nature of Brent's personality that actually is his biggest asset to a buyer or a seller.
