Brent helped the reviewer sell this property

Great Agent

Brent Speechley was a pleasure to deal with he was able to provide a good indication of the projected sale price outcome within our expected price range. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brent should you wish to buy or sell. He was always courteous, co-operative and obliging and it didn't take that long to sell even though it was over the Christmas close down period. He was the first choice agent based on the area, and luckily for us we engaged him for the task. Thank You again Brent!
