Brent helped the reviewer sell this property

an excellent job.

Brent did an excellent job of selling our property. He provided a realistic and conservative estimate of the likely selling price. So much better than raising false expectations. He was particularly helpful in suggesting practical and cost effective measures to enhance the sale potential of the house. He had a good client base. Several people viewed the property on the first open inspection, and the house sold that day, for nearly $50,000 more than we expected. Last, but not least, he was curtious, efficient, and very " user friendly" throughtout the prosess. We could not have asked for a better agent, or a more satisfactory out come.
