Brent and Denby were fabulous to work with. They made the process of selling our house so easy for us. We basically did nothing. Any communication that was needed between Brent and our property managers was done behind the scenes for us which was a huge relief for Tony and I. We found Brent to be extremely knowledgeable about price, buyers and the market in general. We couldn’t Eli ever the house sold as quickly as it did and that was despite tenants not being comfortable with home opens. I can not recommend Brent and the team highly enough.
