Hi Clint, I am more than happy to sing Brenton's praises. It was simply unfortunate timing that I had this holiday booked in advance of me deciding to purchase a property. This was no barrier for him. Via email he managed to communicate all that I needed to know. If any issue needed attending, he dealt with it promptly and fuss-free. When I met him briefly at the open inspection, I just knew he was 'a good guy', and all my dealings with him thereafter proved that hunch. I feel like I have been very lucky in having such a smooth transaction. Buying a property is a big deal, and could be very stressful, but I have been most fortunate to have escaped that.
