I’ve owned property since the 90s. At my peak, I owned 23 places. Currently 15. I can tell you that Brenton is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. Not sure how he does it, given how mediocre others are by comparison. I’ve worked with other family based agents, but his operation is next level. He’s honest, but of course slick like them all. He’s a slow burner, who builds up your confidence in him with one delivered outcome after another, over years. In my experience, he’s a sure bet. He doesn’t need your business. You need his.

Agent was fine , professional and communicative!! My experience with NEXT steps wasn't that extra ordinary !!!, when it came to getting my keys and getting the possession of the house. This was my first house and the keys were given to me, just grab from the next steps office. My other friends when they bought the house at-least there was some sort of goodwill gesture like a small box of chocolate or a bottle of wine was left as a welcome gift for a first home but nothing, no initiative from NEXT steps. I guess its not agents fault however few things matter, that's why i was even avoiding to write a review but this reminder keeps coming so i am writing this now anyway. overall it was an ok experience, NEXT steps can do much better!!
