Re: sale of family property in Medlow Bath The property had been in the family for many years and was looking its age. It had never been sold and was built by several family members. Living in Sydney our knowledge of the Medlow Bath area was limited and we weren't sure what work needed to be done to facilitate a sale. Brenton came to our initial meeting with research and an information pack on the area. He had a clear strategy on how to sell the property and what work needed to be done. He didn't refer this last task to an overpriced 'designer' like two agents we dealy with - one agent came back with a quote of $20k - $30k to refurb the property! He reminded us that it was a 'first time on the market' property that buyers would appreciate needed work. Not only did he save us money on the work required to get it to market but he also quoted the highest sale price because he had done his research unlike several big agents from Leura and Katoomba. His name had been given to me by an extremely fussy friend of mine who had recently sold and hastened to give me his card.
