I was always kept informed about the status of the sales process and he was always contactable and very responsive. He is assertive but not belligerent. Brenton has a fantastic personal but professional, likeable but straight-forward, honest approach - very unusual in this era. My wife and I very quickly gained a connection with Brenton. When buying our property, Brenton sat back and observed and only intervened if and when we required. We loved his approach so much we asked him to sell our other property. A buy and a sell through the same very competent agent was a win for us. I have subsequently spoken to some friends who actually also sold more than one property with Brenton and they had nothing but great words about his manner and results (whether buying or selling).
