Amazing service beginning to end

We couldn't rate Brenton more highly in regards to our recent sale in Balmoral. We had met Brenton previously and knew that with his knowledge of the area he was the right agent for us. It was a seemless process and he kept us informed at every point during the process. He was very realistic about the market and we built trust with him immediately. Brenton also facilitated tradesmen to help speed up the process and they were excellent. Having never auctioned before we were a little nervous about the process but the expertise of Brenton, Paul, Brielle and the Place team (who were on site on auction day) kept things moving and we ended up with an amazing result.
