Listing a property for sale with Brenton

I guess ours was not a typical house sale listing for Brenton. We had lived in our home in Toowoomba for over 30 years and raised our children there. When we moved to Brisbane, we rented our Toowoomba home for more than 10 years. After experiencing some problem tenants, we decided to sell the property. The house had 'grown old' in that time, and needed updating. Being absentee owners, we felt we were not able to do that ourselves.
