Brenton helped us secure our family home in a highly competitive area of the Sydney market. He was a pleasure to deal with from the commencement of the sale through to purchase. It was great to know that he handled both the vendors' needs and ours as the buyers throughout the process. Highly recommend Brenton as a trustworthy partner.

Authentic, Honest, Trustworthy

My husband and I were understandably nervous when contemplating hiring the right real estate agent to sell our house of 40 years, so asked our daughter and son-in-law for recommendations of ethical agents, as they’ve had a real estate photography business for many years. We were told ‘Brenton Gadsby’ straight away, as they’d only experienced fair, honest and straightforward dealings with him, and gave him a glowing recommendation. We were enthusiastic about Brenton after meeting him, and he didn’t disappoint at any time from start to finish! The stress we expected to experience was hugely minimised because of his knowledge of the real estate market and our area, and his consistent availability and communication. He listened to what we wanted and incorporated that throughout the selling process. He was involved in all aspects, and there to greet potential buyers at the inspections. His co-worker Simon Coates was also outstanding in his assistance! We found Brenton to be down-to-earth, friendly and professional, competent and a 'real gentleman'. He was very easy to talk to, and has a good understanding of what buyers go through, coupled with an above-and-beyond willingness to make the process as easy as possible for them. He has energy and enthusiasm, but at no time was he ‘pushy’. In fact he seems to genuinely want the best for people, and works hard to help. We’re recommending Brenton to friends and anyone who is looking for the best real estate agent they can find. We’ll definitely request his services again if we need to buy or sell, as we were happy with the process and the outcome.

A pleasure to deal with

We have just sold our property through Brenton Gadsby of Harris Partners. There is no denying that Brentons market knowledge, inate ability to value property in all areas of Sydney and commitment to servicing his clients position him ahead of all others. It is for these reasons that we have chosen Brenton not once but three times now to assist us in both buying and selling property across areas covering the east to the west of Sydney. We don’t hesitate to recommend Brenton to anyone.

Helpful Agent

I recently purchased a property in a company title building. While the apartment is lovely, and there was a lot of interest in it, there are many more hoops to jump through with company title - both with the contracts and the banks. If Brenton hadn’t worked so hard to help me through this process I would not have bought it. With the realestate market being as it is I hope the vendor appreciated his efforts as much as I do. Brenton is clear, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend him to both prospective buyers and vendors alike.

Fantastic Agent and great bloke also.

Buying our first home was an extremely stressful experience but buying it through an Agent like Brenton made the experience a lot better. Brenton is a highly professional Agent and a nice guy also, I would highly recommend Brenton to anyone. Looking forward to dealing with Brenton again. Thanks

Dedicated and Professional

From the first instance Brenton showed great interest in our property and in the end, delivered. The communication throughout the campaign was terrific. The open for inspections were always held with the highest level of professionalism and were followed by regular updates. Investment in the right agents, agency and marketing pays off in the end. I could not recommend Brenton and the team at Bradfield Cleary enough.

Without hesitation we reappointed Brenton to sell our terrace after he was involved in the initial sale in 2015. From day one of our campaign Brenton's communication on the market including comparable terrace properties past and present, suburb and street was outstanding. He shared with us extensive knowledge of the market within Sydney, the eastern suburbs and particularly Paddington. He also assisted us in realising the positive outcome and financial gain we had with the renovations we had just newly completed which helped deliver in the final result. Throughout the sale (including before and after the campaign) Brentons communication in all forms (email, text, calls and face to face) has been tremendous. We always felt like we had control and knew the status of the property. We were always a priority and Brenton was always very open about his other appointments, using them to his advantage to provide a broad market knowledge for what was happening elsewhere. Brenton was always honest and upfront. There was never fear in negative feedback and rather than hiding any issues we may have faced, Brenton assisted us in identifying them early. This resulted in locating the right buyer (much different to lowering the price for the masses). The marketing for the property resulted in over 120 groups through for the campaign, more than what we expected week after week. We also managed to leverage on our unique history and get articles printed in Domain and the Wentworth Courier - the sort of detail I imagine many agents would ignore. Benton went above and beyond for our family. We highly recommend Brenton and are already looking where we can do future business together.

Brenton has done a fantastic job.

Brenton has done a fantastic job. As a leading agent, there are a number of essential non-negotiable attributes that you must bring to every sale. Brenton has delivered in every respect, from his assessment of the market, to where my property sits in this market and how best to effect a sale. An extra that Brenton delivers is his understanding of his client’s needs. There is no ‘one shoe fits all’ approach, Brenton understood from the beginning that I wanted his recommendations and once I gave the go ahead, the sale process was his. I did not want or received what most agents describe as ‘hand holding’ or ‘going through the process’ and I appreciate his honest dealings and approach as much as the sale itself.
