From the moment we contacted Brenton to advise us on selling our property, his advice was absolutely on point. Our expectation for the value of the property was well below the final result. The property went live on the market on the Wednesday, open house on Saturday with a multiple offers by Monday and contract signed on Tuesday. I know true and well that most don’t handle the buyers really well and with courtesy.
