I live in regional Qld and was looking online for an apartment to buy in Brisbane. Brett was agent for the seller. He was easy to contact, prompt in providing details and answering questions. It was obvious he had researched the property so was able to anticipate matters which a buyer would enquire about. His communications were timely, transparent and accurate. This made for an easy decision to buy. I have no hestation in recommending him.

Brett recently listed and sold a unit for us. His commitment to keep us well informed impressed me to no end. We are very happy with the result and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Brett contacted me to see if I wanted to see and I advised of some personal issue and to give me time, which he did. Once enguaged Brett was a true committed professional from the get go and his communication skills in keeping me informed are second to none. I would strongly recommend Brett as he makes you feel as if yours is the only property he has on the market. A huge 10 out of 10.

Brett was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, courteous and did the little extras that most agents wouldn't. Being the purchaser, the agent is essentially not working for me but Brett didn't make me feel like he wasn't. Would definitely give him a call if I decide to sell!

Experiences, honesty and reliability. It is win-win situation. He will help you out and he do his job. Please don't hesitate to contact him. Very good professional.

Brett made the process of buying my first home easy and simple and was friendly and only to happy to help in anyway he could . I would definitely recommend Brett to friends and family looking to purphase or rent in Brisbane 😊
