Great agent - recommended

Knew the market, knew the target customer exactly as well. Priced spot on. Got a sale quickly, which unfortunately fell through due to a previously unknown structural problem. He then managed to find another buyer who wasn't concerned about the issue (it will be managed by the body corporate), get the same price and then move settlement up through to nearly the same date. Throughout, his communication was the best (I often found out about requests from him instead of my solicitor) and advice was spot on. Definitely recommended in general, but particularly if you're in his geographic area of Toowong/St Lucia.
