I consulted 3 other agents with expertise in St Lucia area before I chose to sell my apartment with Brett. Although all agents were great and came with a lot of preparation, Brett was outstanding from Day 1. He was most knowledgeable, knew a lot about St. Lucia market and gave me full run down of how everything was going to work logically by backing it up with previous data. When the apartment was listed, he always provided weekly updates and instructed me with strategies to effectively sell the apartment if it did not work for quite some time - such as adjusting pricing and arranging repairs for the apartment. He was always prompt with messages and constantly provided with updates to keep me in the loop. 10/10 experience with Brett, I will definitely want to work with him if I had another property to list it on the market
