Brett Armitage was a pleasure to deal with. He took all of the stress out of the sales process. We had a bad tenant to deal with and Brett handled this situation brilliantly and helped give us a favourable outcome. He looked after all of the tricky bits so that we didn't have to. His market knowledge was spot on and everything that he thought would happen did. He negotiated for us at offer stage and we sold for higher than expected. We had a few terrible experiences with agents in the past so we were a bit sceptical that good agents existed anymore. Happily, Brett proved us wrong and we highly recommend him.

Little disappointed with fhe amount of contact in particular after the sale had initially gone through the contact was nome existent. But he was on the ball up to it selling. We needed to know things after .Which we had to work out ourselves. So 100%for selling. .. Just need to improve your post sales contact to be a top rate agent.
