They are an awesome pair. We had Brett Arnold and Mark Pearman sell our house for us. We used them again after renting our house out many years earlier, after they had been recommended to us. As well as finding a top tenant who totally looked after our new home when it was a rental property, we also found them to be excellent sellers. I found that the best part about Brett is that he listens and I mean really listens. No-one knows their home better than the owners and he took on board what we told him about the house and used that to try and sell it. The other point is that he is very friendly, relaxed, calm and easy to talk to. You feel comfortable straight away and you know that if he is like that with you, he is like that with the clients. We found Mark did most of the negotiating and some selling and Brett did the selling. Mark is a highly skilled negotiator with some clever strategies and alots of experience. Selling a home is a big thing, but renovating and selling your own home is an enormous emotionally charged challenge and I found that when things became stressful, Brett handled us well and was always very calm and spoke with confidence and reassurance which I appreciated. I also found that Brett was open to ideas and new suggestions and we also listened to their advice as well. Ideas flowed back and forth and I felt like we worked well together as a team. Obviously we didn't agree with everything and they didn't with everything with us, but I believe there was always a mutual respect. One of their most admirable qualities is their honesty. This is what Thomsons are known for. They never gossiped or cheated or lied on anything and this is one of the main reasons we went with them. They were interested in only one thing, selling the house for the best possible price at the time and working for us. I felt they were always on our side.
