Brett is an excellent salesperson and so good to deal with. He is professional, informative, kind and patient. He was punctual for appointments and phone contact. He kept me up to date at every step without feeling like it was harassment or bothering. In the process of buying, I looked through several properties and Brett is a stand out among local salespeople. His deep knowledge of and commitment to the local community is an excellent resource when buying and selling here. This was my first time buying alone and he was helpful without overstepping his role as representative of the seller.
