Brett exceeded our expectations in every area. Not only did he have an excellent knowledge of the local market, he knew exactly how to market the property for best possible outcomes. Brett displayed at all times a professional attitude and was outstanding with his tips and advice to achieve best possible results for the vendor (Hildegard Krefter). Brett was exceptional in his inter-personal dealings with Hildegard (and her dog!) and instilled confidence in us all.
