I have never met Brett. I live interstate, and all my dealings with him have been by phone or by email. This could makes things awkward/difficult, but such was not the case. He was very pleasant to deal with, and seemed to know his stuff. We worked well on sorting out the best mechanisms on how to sell my property, and I was quite satisfied with the final result.
