Good communication, always returned calls and emails promptly and willing to help in any way. We would of loved to have met him in person however our paths never crossed(still would like to meet him.) Being new to semi-rural living a hand over booklet/demo of grey water systems/pumps would've been helpful.Overall Brett and the team were a pleasure to deal with.
