My experience with Brett goes back a few years when I decided to sell my remaining 5 rental properties a year at a time. Brett't knowledge of the local market and appraisals is exeptional with the final sale prices at the top end of the asking price, and bloody quick. He is professional in every way, open, honest, approachable and always available. Brett does all of the difficult final negotiatios between buyer and seller with exemption which in some cases of my dealings have been complex. With the end of this sale just completed we begin again Feb 2021 with our next which is a 5 bedroom house and thankfully my last.
