Our experience with Brett was great. He was very knowledgable about the local market and accurately predicted the price our property would achieve. Although we might have paid a little more than the other agent we were considering, we achieved a higher sale price that the other agent was even going to list it for, way more than the additional commission. We particularly appreciated the regular updates about home opens, and texting us a picture of how our property looked in the advertisement (we live in a different state to the property). Would definitely recommend him.
