Great Job Brett and Ray White Mildura. I was pleasantly surprised at the figure Brett believed we could achieve for our property after our initial contact, it was reasonably above what the other agent we had contacted had suggested. Once we had decided to list I contacted Brett again, nearly 6 months later, thinking the price would have dropped due to the rising interest rates, however he explained that the price was still achievable but it would simply take a bit longer to sell. After being on the market for a month or two I was starting to worry that we would get the good old "drop the price" phone call but it never came. Brett worked hard on the sale and got us exactly what we wanted just as he said he would. His knowledge of the market is obviously exceptional and his and the team at Ray White's professionalism and work ethic throughout the entire process was second to none.
