Brett has been very professional and efficient in all communications with us. He has always kept us up to date with potential buyers and provided written feedback on what buyers thoughts were promptly. Brett would keep us both up to date by phone and always had a calm manner. Our property took a very long time to sell so this was frustrating for us, although we did receive 2 offers before accepting the third offer. I appreciate his efforts and he seems like a nice person even though I have never met him in person.

If you want someone who isn’t playing games and is telling you how it is, Brett is your guy. Brett goes above and beyond. When the house we bought wasn’t cleaned like we had expected and Brett couldn’t get a cleaner there in time, he went around and cleaned it himself. That would t happen every day! Couldn’t be happier.
