Right from the start Greenwood property agents were professional and honest. Brett and Cooper knew the area well and gave us realistic expectations on what we might sell for. The whole negotiation process was smooth and again professional. Could not recommend Brett and his team enough. Overall, a great experience, wouldn't hesitate to sell through them again. Thanks guys
Brett and his team have made our dreams a reality!! From the very first interaction with Brett and through out the buying process he was so accommodating, knowledgeable and honest. He has been very understanding and responsive with all of our questions and requests. We would recommend Brett to any person buying or selling and we could not have been happier with the buying process through Greenwood.
We went into unconditional a few days ago with our property purchase in Coomera Waters after almost 6 months of active searching. Dealing with Brett has been such a pleasant/easy experience, especially when it is still considered a seller's market at the moment. As I wrote in the headline, Brett is very honest, transparent and professional in every communication we have. And he addressed/accommodated all our queries and questions thoroughly and promptly. As a buyer, you don't usually get that kind of feeling for an agent. If I have to describe it, I would say it is comfortable with minimum stress! I will rate my experience with Brett 5-Star with zero hesitation. Thank you Brett!!
We recently bought a property off Brett. From the very beginning he was very easy to deal with, professional and his communication was amazing. I could not recommend Brett and the team highly enough. I would definitely not hesitate to engage his team again in the future
We have bought and sold with Brett and have found him hardworking, committed and knowledgeable. Brett is easy to work with, communicates regularly and honestly and always goes the extra mile for us. We are out of state and have relied on Brett to be our eyes and ears when we can’t be there in person. We strongly recommend Brett as an agent for both buyers and sellers. Thanks Brett for all you have done for us!

Great experience with Brett , We immediately felt confident and comfortable from our first initial meeting . Brett is not a pushy sales person or intimidating, just a genuine and honest agent . We had a great experience selling our home with him from start to finish and I would happily recommend him to anyone .-
Working with Brett during the process of purchasing a property was an absolute pleasure. His communication skills were exceptional, and his depth of knowledge was truly impressive. Brett made the entire purchasing journey seamless and stress-free. As a subject matter expert in the area, Brett provided invaluable insights not only about the property itself but also about the potential for future growth in the locality. His understanding of the market dynamics was evident, which instilled confidence in our decision-making process. Brett's professionalism was second to none. Throughout the transaction, he remained transparent and honest, fostering a sense of trust between both myself and the seller. It was evident that Brett prioritised the interests of both parties, ensuring that everyone involved felt valued and well taken care of. Overall, my experience with Brett was nothing short of exceptional. His dedication, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. Not often you meet a real estate agent who is up front and honest Was always transparent with the process Never felt like I was just another application Would highly recommend using Brett in the future
From the moment I spoke with Brett, I knew we were in the best hands to get the best possible result for our property! His communication and the level of service and constant follow up he provided us, was nothing short of excellent. With his many years of sales experience, he was able to negotiate a price that blew us away. We can't thank him enough and have no hesitate in recommending him to anyone that is looking to sell.
I can't recommended Brett highly enough. We don't live in the area where we purchased and he was able to organise a private inspection at short notice. He gave us the best advice re purchasing in Queensland, and negotiated a sale on our behalf in record time.
