Brett Hayman was professional from the very beginning, when first viewing the property for valuation, Brett showed up with all the data relating to Kambah and our own property over the years. His valuation was above others we had received, and was right on the money when an offer was made from the first open home and negotiants saw the house exchanging before going to auction. Working with Brett was easy and I would not hesitate to use him again in the future, buying or selling.

I was familiar with Brett from a home I had sold, and once coming across this property I had no hesitation in working with Brett again to make the purchase. Working with Brett and his team is easy, they keep you up to date all they way and are always willing to help where they can.

Brett, Marty and their team have been fantastic to deal with they kept me informed on what was happening with the sale. They provided trade contacts to help prepare the property. They made the whole process very easy. This is not the first time I've worked with them and it wont be the last.

Brett and his team were excellent. They were the property managers for a number of years and were able to present it from experience.
