We viewed a fair few houses across 12 months in Pitt Town, of all the agents Brett was by far the most genuine and relaxed; almost non sales like. It was quite refreshing to not be pushed or challenged on our preferences and opinions of the homes we viewed. Through the process Brett was a responsive, genuine and informative. He recommended their preferred conveyancer who was also very accommodating and responsive through the process. A great middle man between the vendor and the buyer. Id highly recommend dealing with Brett, chalk and cheese vs other agents who almost argued with our feedback and opinions at times!
