During these tough times with Covid-19 it was probably the most difficult time to sell a house. Lucky we had Brett to guide us through the process as it was a very stressful daunting time for us. We had an offer after the first open home which was a great feeling in these uncertain times, he helped us and the purchasers come to an agreed value which we where happy to sell for that was middle of the range so we didn't have to settle for less which it seems like a lot of people are having to do currently due to the climate.
