Not too sure what you require of me but I can give you this anecdote of how I came to find just who was Brett Johnstone and to have him as my real estate agent. When I first moved to Leopold friends of mine mentioned Brett as being good at his job and very reliable. They told me he worked out of an office in Leopold. I didn't take much notice of their details and went to check him out when I was house hunting 2 years ago. I went to what I thought was his office (Ash Road) and spoke to a pleasant young lady there. After asking for Brett Johnstone she paused briefly and told me he would be available shortly. Twenty minutes later a young man came in and the girl indicated that she had something to tell him. They moved away from where I was waiting and had a quiet chat. Then he came over to me full of confidence and told me he was Brett Johnstone and told me he had some houses he was sure I would be interested in. I looked at one house that was terrible and said to agent I didn't want to see any more. I reported back to my friends that I wasn't at all impressed with Brett Johnstone.
