Where do I start to tell you what I think about Brett... Brett, if you're reading lad, here's where you should look away! He has awful taste in ties and if it's fashion advice you need, ask him for my number... His driving skills aren't much better, he is yet to learn that you only need to go around a roundabout once before turning off at the chosen exit... But... When it comes to Real Estate... He's pretty damn awesome. Throughout the buying process he was very professional yet always warm and welcoming. He had exceptional market knowledge which he shared openly. He kept us well-informed throughout each stage and went the extra mile with everything... Flick him a question via text and BAM five seconds later he would be ringing with an answer. He even used his special gadget to do some measurements for me so I could go and buy furniture before settlement. I actually think that's just cause he didn't trust me with the tape measure... But we'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Brett took the stress out of my work days by bringing documents to both my work and my home for signing saving me so much precious time. It bothered me a little that he refused to wear stubbies to help me shift into the new house, but I guess everyone has their personal comfort zone...
