Brett made this sale very straight forward without any headaches. I had a good feeling based on his statistics and prior feedback that he would make a good agent for us and we were right. He conducted himself professionally at all times as what is required for his industry, he communicated with us appropriately and made the process go smoothly. My only criticism would be the commission rate is a bit on the higher side, however he got us a sale faster than we were expecting which conveniently lined up with other investments we had on at the time elsewhere as well.
