He went over and above in helping us prepare our house for sale and he was always very warm and friendly and we felt he always had time for us. We met Brett several times during inspections of a property which in the end we purchased. Brett was helpful and informative without coming across as pushy or desperate for our interest. He answered queries promptly and enabled an unscheduled inspection for us. I especially appreciated an honest conversation about the dubious ethical standards of the Real Estate sector.
